Returns & Limited Warranty

At Fleek Juice®, we build products to perform. Because our products are consumable, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, contact us at orders@fleekjuice.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened products
  • Used products

Limited Warranty

Fleek Juice® offers a limited warranty on products purchased directly from fleekjuice.com or from an authorized retailer.

Our products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 14 days from the date of purchase, or for the shorter period required by applicable law.

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Improper storage or handling
  • Normal wear to packaging

If your product qualifies, we will resolve the issue with a replacement or appropriate solution.

Shipping

Fleek Juice® ships within the United States, including:

  • 48 contiguous states
  • Alaska & Hawaii
  • U.S. territories

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Orders placed after business hours on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $40 → Free Shipping (4–6 business days)
  • Orders under $40 → $5 Flat Rate (4–6 business days)

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once an order has been processed, the shipping method cannot be changed.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking details are provided once your order ships.

During high-volume periods, carriers may take additional time to update tracking.

If your tracking has not updated within 3 business days, contact orders@fleekjuice.com for assistance.

If tracking shows movement but appears delayed at a carrier facility, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for the most current status.
